Yes, I know there is already an herb resource thread, but this will be especially for Medicine Wolves on Mixtures and Poultices, since most often in the Warriors series, Medicine Cats must mix a variety of herbs, not just hand out one to a cat.
I will update this thread regularly, or when someone posts with ideas. These are the ones I could find so far from the books:

Mixtures/Poultices:

Aches and Pains:

Plants: Ragwort & Juniper berries
Usage: Crushed and chewed together to make a poultice
Effect: Help keeps a wolf's strength, and relieves soreness in joints

Plants: Daisy leaves, Comfrey, & Dandelion
Usage: To be chewed and appiled to sore area
Effect: Lessens pain on joints and sprains

Plants: Sweet sedge, Willow Bark, & Burnet
Usage: Sap from Sweet sedge to be chewed to a poultice along with Willow bark and Burnet leaves and eaten
Effect:  Eases infection and pain from infection

Plants: Mallow & Raspberry leaves
Usage: Both plants' leaves are to be chewed into a poultice and eaten
Effect: Lessens pain of Bellyache from poisoning or Crow-food

Healing Poultices:

Plants: Stinging Nettle & Comfrey
Usage: Both plants' leaves are to be chewed to a Poultice, then applied to injured area
Effect: Helps heal broken bones faster

Plants: Horsetail, Raspberry leaves, & Marigold
Usage: Chewed into a poultice and applied to wound
Effect: Helps stop bleeding and infection from setting in

Plants: Horsetail & Honey
Usage: Chewed into a poultice and applied to injured area
Effect: regular appliance will stop infection from setting in. The Honey is used to keep the Horsetail poultice from rubbing off.
