| Commandments of the Pack
- Alphas Word is Law
- The Alpha and their betas are the only ones who can produce offspring without express permission, the only exception is the Bone Carver
- Pups will not become Trainees until they are six moons of age
- Small groups of pups over three moons may be escorted to the botanical gardens with a pair of Deltas
- Respect and Honor are highly valued within the pack, although fighting dirty is looked down upon it is accepted if a dog is in a pinch
- The Bone Carver is neutral and gives advice and help to all
- No Bone carver may retire unless there is a fully trained one ready to take their place
- No wolves are accepted within the pack as they are considered too much of a threat
- Challenge all trespassers although with respect as if they are dogs they may make useful pack members with some training
- Deltas work collectively to train the Trainees, no one Trainee belonging to a Delta, Most Deltas will pick out a Trainee they get along well with and spend more time training that one.
- Bone Carvers are Sworn to do no harm unless it is to ease a sick dogs suffering, looking after the wounded ontop of their other duties of tending to the bones in the crypt and carving the deads stories upon their bones.
- Any Delta within the pack has the right to challenge the Alpha if they have the support of the pack
- Betas earn their place by being the strongest females in the pack and having the closest bond with the Alpha. Because of this their position is always a little precarious and just like the Alpha they have to be ready to defend their place within the pack from other females
Job Descriptions:
Alpha: Leads the pack and defends his right to two mates and to lead against other challenges,
Beta (x2): Second in command and mate to the Leader
Bone Carver: Neutral, leads the elder council, carves the bones of the dead with their stories and looks after them, finds the tribes shaman and gets their assistance when members of the pack are wounded
Elder Council: Retired Deltas that have retired from active service of the pack and now advise the Alpha, they aide the Bone Carver when it comes to looking after the graveyard
Delta: The packs version of warriors, they train the trainees, go hunting, defend the borders, remark them, if a delta manages to become the Alphas mate they can go up a rank up and gather more respect and power.
Trainee bone carver: Offspring of the Bone Carver, they're looking to succeed their parent when they retire
Trainee: These are the packs equivalent of apprentices, Trainees don't have any specific delta to train them its up to them to go out with the deltas and take the initiative
Pup: Only the Alpha and betas can breed and produce pups, if any others want offspring they must get permission from the leader. Pups especially if they're the leaders are taken care of by everybody, some females are able to lactate and feed the pups without having any themselves in an attempt to rise up the social ladder.
Omega: Unfortunate dogs that have annoyed the alpha, it could be they failed to take over the Alphas position, they ar ethe bottom of the pecking order and it takes work to earn your way back out of this position
